Whosesoever Sins !

John  20:23  Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

See the powerful authority Jesus had given to His Disciples.

According to the Power and Authority,  Disciples (Apostles)  did signs and wonders like :-

Cast devils

Healed sicks

Lame walked

Blinds see

Dead raised........by laying hands on them. Yet, they never remitted anybody's sin, by laying hands on them.

By reading literally the above quoted words, we understand that, Apostles have authority and power to remit sins, according to JESUS commandment.

Jesus said :

1. Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them;

2. whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

Then how they (Apostles) remitted sins ?

By laying hands ? No.

By uttering Jesus name ? No.

How they executed that commandment of Jesus ?

They knew thoroughly what was the hidden meaning behind that commandment.

Accordingly,  they obeyed following:

Luke  24:47

And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

So, the above commandment of Jesus, how they executed practically?

See the scripture:

Acts  2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Any other mode of baptism will not remit the sins. Remission of sins only can be achieved through baptism in the name of Jesus Christ.

Hanging on Matthew's 28:19 will not remit sins, but understand the meaning of Mat. 28:19.

Be wise and knowledgeable in line with Apostles understanding, otherwise,  you are a false and deceiving worker.
