"Spirit of Truth" AND

"Spirit of Error"

1 Jn. 4:6

We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

हम परमेश्वर के हैं: जो परमेश्वर को जानता है, वह हमारी सुनता है; जो परमेश्वर को नहीं जानता वह हमारी नहीं सुनता; इसी प्रकार हम सत्य की आत्मा और भ्रम की आत्मा को पहचान लेते हैं।

Here is a Biblical yardstick to find out a man/woman or Church have "spirit of truth" OR "spirit of Error".

If a fiery preacher, whoever,  it may be a :

GOD TV channel preacher,

Popular preacher,

Convention preacher,

Crusade preacher,

Miracle and sign preacher, or any Other TV  channel preachers who is speaking more and more hours and says, believe in trinity, or 1 God exists in three persons and say take baptism in the name of Father Son and Holyghost, and not preaching Acts. 4:12 and not preaching the baptism according to Acts. 2:38, in the name of Jesus Christ,  the spirit he possess is the " spirit of error", according to 1 Jn. 4:6.

How?

The scripture says :

We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Above scripture says, anybody says that, they know God, then they have to hear what Apostles said.

What Apostles said about baptism in Acts 2:38 ?

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

पतरस ने उन से कहा, मन फिराओ, और तुम में से हर एक अपने अपने पापों की क्षमा के लिये यीशु मसीह के नाम से बपतिस्मा ले; तो तुम पवित्र आत्मा का दान पाओगे।

If anybody says they know who is God and deny baptism in the name of Lord Jesus Christ,  they are lead by the "spirit of error".

Apostles were thoroughly confident in what they preached and taught.

Therefore, any Christian community from Catholics to trinitarians Pentecost groups or JW, deny the baptism in the name of Lord Jesus Christ, they all are lead by "spirit of error", according to 1 Jn. 4:6.

The "spirit of truth" possessed people from 1st Century Pentecost day to today and till the coming of Jesus Christ,  heard Apostles and will hear Apostles doctrine. 

Examples of people who heard the doctrine of Apostles.

Acts  2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  

2:39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.  

2:40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.  

2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.  

2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.  

2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

The so called nominal Christians from Catholics to trinitarian Pentecost groups and JW will reject the above doctrine of Apostles. 

So, 1 Jn. 4:6 we can keep as the yardstick of measuring the "spirit of truth" and "spirit of error". 

OK.

Flaming fire is going to take vengeance on whom ?

Let's read following scriptures: 

2 Theso. 1:8

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

और जो परमेश्वर को नहीं पहचानते, और हमारे प्रभु यीशु के सुसमाचार को नहीं मानते उन से पलटा लेगा।

The scripture says, FLAMING fire take vengeance on whom,  they know not God and obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

About which God, the Holy Bible refer here?

Heathen gods? 

Pagan gods?

Worldly gods?

Trinity gods?

Truine gods?

Mythology gods? 

Man-made gods? 

Man-made idol gods? 

Surely, No, but :

The Only "One" wise, great, true and living God", LORD JESUS CHRIST! 

AND

Obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Who preached and proclaimed the gospel of our Lord Jesus to whole nations ?

Ans: Apostles. 

So, the so called nominal Christians from Catholics to trinitarians and JW who are not obeyed the gospel of Apostles preached and taught. Instead, they brought in AD 324  Nicean creeds and dogmas in their churches and followed man-made doctrine, they are possessed  by "spirit of error". 

To them, flaming fire is going to take vengeance. 

At the time of judgement, Jesus Christ is going to judge on whose testimony/ witness ?

Read the scripture: 

2 Thessalonians  1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;  

1:10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

See here, on judgement day, " our (Apostles) testimony among you was believed".

Understand the truth?

At the time of judgement, God will punish :-

1. Those who have not consider Jesus as God,

2. Obeying not the doctrine of Apostles, and 

3. Hearing not Apostles 

4. Obeying not the gospel of Jesus Christ

5. Obeying not the testimony of Apostles.

So, with the yardstick of what 1Jn.4:6, we can measure a man, woman or church, whether they possess "Spirit of error" or "Spirit of truth".

In short, if the real Christians possess "Spirit of truth", they will hear what Apostles preached and taught, if not, it is to understand that, they are possessed by "spirit of error".

Who were Apostles? 

1. Chosen

2. Called

3. Ordained

4. Authorised 

5. Holyghost filled

6. Anointed

7. Able ministers

8. Ambassadors 

9. Witnessed

10. Martyred... for Jesus.

Therefore, the yardstick is here for you to check, which is "spirit of truth" and which is "spirit of error", around us.
