Baptism commandment! 

Baptism commandment of Jesus Christ, heard by whom ?

Ans :  Apostles

Commandment given to whom ?

Ans : Apostles  

What's the commandment? 

Mat. 28 : 19

इसलिये तुम जाकर सब जातियों के लोगों को चेला बनाओ और उन्हें पिता और पुत्र और पवित्रआत्मा के नाम से बपतिस्मा दो।

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Whether Apostles asked Jesus, what is the name of Father Son and Holyghost? 

Ans : No

WhY? 

Ans :   Because, the  Apostles understood the  name of Father, Son and Holyghost is "Jesus Christ". 

How ?

Jesus said, Those who have seen me hath seen the Father also, and in another verse He said,  I and my Father are "One". So, the Disciples understood, Father and Son is Jesus himself. Ok

What about Holyghost? 

Jn. 14 : 17

अर्थात सत्य का आत्मा, जिसे संसार ग्रहण नहीं कर सकता, क्योंकि वह न उसे देखता है और न उसे जानता है: तुम उसे जानते हो, क्योंकि वह तुम्हारे साथ रहता है, और वह तुम में होगा।

Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Apostles understood the Spirit of truth is Jesus dwell with them and shall be in them. Besides the above, Jesus said, where two or three gather in my (Jesus) name, He is in the midst of them. 

Therefore,  Disciples understood, Father and Holyghost is Jesus Christ Himself.

Who else executed the baptism commandment of Jesus?

Ans : Disciples 

In whose name ?

Ans : In the name of Jesus Christ or in the name of Lord Jesus.

Which are the direct scriptures showing baptism executed in the name of Jesus Christ/name of Lord Jesus ?

Ans:

Acts. 2 : 38

Acts. 8 : 16

Acts.10: 48

Acts.19: 1-5

However, anybody can show a single scripture from Holy Bible,  Disciples given or anybody received baptism in the name of Father, Son and Holyghost?
