Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.


Sanctified and ordained before birth.

It is God who form the baby and not those flirting couple and God wants all His creation to be sanctified and used for His purpose which in turn would serve the creation the immence joy.
