Psalms  146:8  The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

Where The LORD (Jehovah) did the above miracles in OT ? 

Ans : Nowhere.

However, who did this practically ?

Ans.  JESUS !

Read scriptures: 

Luke  13:11  And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.   

Luke  13:12  And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

Matthew  11:5  The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.   

Matthew  15:30  And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them:   

Mark  10:51  And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.   

Luke  7:21  And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and unto many that were blind he gave sight.   

John  9:6  When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,

Where  Lord (Jehovah) in OT healed a blind ? 

Where Lord (Jehovah)  in OT straighted those who stooped down ?

Above scriptures execution performed or fulfilled by Jesus Christ. 

Therefore the God of OT,  Lord (Jehovah) is the same God in NT,  Jesus Christ. Ok.

Conclusion:

Father Son and Holyghost is, LORD JESUS CHRIST!
