2Pet 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
The sincere heartfelt belief of some is in IN VAIN according to the Word of God!
1Cor 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
1Cor 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
2Cor 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
If there were not contradictions when the Bible is viewed without rightly dividing then the devil's ministers would not have so much of the world in false churches.

They find one or two verses that appear to contradict all of the foundational verses that support monotheism and then base a false theology on that.
2Cor 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
1Tim 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Col 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
The method whereby one can be reborn of water and Spirit is revealed in Acts 2:38 and confirmed to be the plan for all that God will call in the very next verse.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
Remember that the Gospels are about a time before the Church was started. Jesus had not yet become the sacrifice and always spoke of His Church in future tense. In the Book of Acts we see the birth of the Church and the plan of salvation in Acts 2:38, again confirmed in Acts 19 etc. The epistles are letters to people who had obeyed the Acts 2:38 message. That should help you to see that any preacher who leads you to Romans to tell you how to be saved or to John 3:16 is a minister of Satan trying to deceive you into an eternity in the Lake of Fire.
