There are many in the trinity religion that believe we must baptize in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost because Jesus said it in Matthew 28:19.
Yes we must baptize IN THE NAME of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. We must study this. It says in the name. "the name" is not plural which signifies that God is only one. Another thing is that "Father, Son, Holy Ghost" are not names, they are titles which signifies that these titles are not the name. Jesus was correct. The name is clearly shown in Acts 2:38 "Peter said repent, and be baptized every one of you IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST for the remission of your sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." Peter filled from the Holy Spirit told the men that asked "what should we do" this verse. Jesus Christ is a name which therefore depicts to the reader that the real name of God is Jesus Christ. For that reason we must baptize in the name of Jesus Christ.
May this help anyone that has any trouble with trinitarians who use this verse or just casually reading and stumble upon it.
